Austin’s Notes: Ah, the first appearance of Reginald, cockney style (for those of you who are curious — and make no mistake, I’ve been asked this question — Reginald is most definitely this world’s equivalent of English)! I mean, hell, he’s a rugby fan: what else could he be (Scottish, Irish, a New Zealander…point taken).  For the longest time he was actually something more like a malevolent Ghurnst — haughty, intelligent but often inscrutable, disdainful of most everyone around him. This was going to culminate with him joining the Ministry at some point but, well, that all went out the window when Matt and I found ourselves dissatisfied with our first vision of the world. The change to a much more grounded, if emotional, Reginald sits far better with me.

Also, I still find it odd that Mr. Fahrenheit is so disdainful of championships.
